Because we've all watched these movies
far too often to miss them! Below you'll find just a smattering of errors
that were made in the films...
This page has been kindly translated into
Japanese by the wonderful ladies at

Do You Really Wanna Hurt Me?

In The Duel, Ioan causes drama teachers everywhere to
wince when he anticipates the knock on the head that Clayton delivers by closing
his eyes before getting hit.
Yet Another Case of a Man
Refusing to Ask for Directions...
(From The Duel)

...Er...What was that about not being in sight of the
coast by now...?
The Ol' Switcheroo...

While watching the Indefatigable chase a Spanish ship
into the Devil's Teeth, Horatio got so excited that he put the glass up
to his right eye...and brought it down from his left.
Slip Him Some Gingko Next
Time, Your Grace...

In The Duchess and the Devil, Kitty Cobham obviously
does a better job of keeping track of dispatches than does Captain Pellew.
She hands them over to Pellew, but in the next clip Horatio's somehow gotten his
hands on them and Sir Edward has to snatch them back.
Look Out for the Lobster!

This Wrong War extra was probably wondering why it
seemed so breezy...
The Amazing Re-Opening Book!
(Thanks to mrboffin for submitting this one!)

Unfortunately, it was just about impossible to get definitive
screen captures of this one, so you're just going to have to check it out for
yourself. Horatio's studying the charts when Mr. Bush decides to quiz him
about Sawyer's fall. As Bush asks, "How did it happen...?" Horatio
completely closes his book. The camera immediately changes angles and just
before Horatio replies, "How did what happen?", we see him close the same
book again.
Oh, For Heaven's Sake!
Just Jump In and Be Done With It!
Those fangirls who prefer their lieutenants wet had the gates
of heaven slammed in their faces during this rather inconsistent scene in
Mutiny...

The REAL Blooper, of course,
Is That He Only Lost ONE Button...

While we can guess at the motives of the ladies in costuming
for this error, the question remains...
WHAT, precisely, was Archie doing immediately prior to the
Spanish takeover of the ship in Retribution?
Twilight Zone On the
Renown

It seems Captain Sawyer was so schizophrenic that he couldn't
even fall dead on the same side he started on...
Archie Could Be So
Queueless Sometimes...
...in fact, no less than three times during his final scene in
Retribution...

I Never Knew It Was a Ghost
Story...!

Interestingly enough, the only blooper I could find associated
with HH3 (besides the horrid Bonaparte plotline-- but I am reliably informed
that was intentional...) was not in the movie, but on it.
The Region 1 DVD box cover lists some of the cast of HH3--which, in general,
isn't all that odd.
Unless, of course, you've seen HH2.
